Oregon's updated JCP Risk Assessment 2006.1 combines three previous JCP assessment instruments: an initial screen/assessment; a risk reassessment; and a set of questions that support the evaluation of Juvenile Crime Prevention funded programs (formerly the JCP Interim Review). The JCP Risk Assessment 2006.1 is scheduled for release on September 15, 2006, and on that date it will replace all previous JCP assessment templates available in JJIS.

For the Community Version of the Oregon JCP Assessment 2006.1, go to www.npcresearch.com . The Community Version is designed for youth who are being considered for referral to a Juvenile Crime Prevention program because of risky behaviors such as poor academic performance, disruptive behavior at school, hanging out with delinquent peers, etc., but who are not under the jurisdiction of a juvenile department for a law violation.
