Mission
To provide shelter services to children
and youth of any age who need temporary out-of-home housing, and
for whom another resource is not available, through the development
of community based and operated shelter services.
Goal 1
Reach agreement among partners about
the scope of services to be provided (state and local partners)

Create flexible and pooled funding
(all inclusive funding) at the state and local levels for the
provision of shelter services

at state and local level to manage flexible funding
