The (agency) ensures that residents who are deaf or hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired, or who have limited English proficiency or intellectual, psychiatric, or speech disabilities will be provided accommodations to ensure that they are able to report sexual abuse, and will be given written information about sexual abuse policies in a manner they can understand.
Accommodations will include translated educational materials, visual aids, one on one sessions with staff, interpreters, and other relevant means. The facility will not rely on resident interpreters.
The agency specifies the languages in which translated materials are available and describes other means of accommodation that can be accessed.
