Notice is hereby given that Oregon Juvenile Department Directors Association, through its Board of Directors, will receive responses per specifications until 5:00 PM, March 1st, 2018 to provide;

Oregon Juvenile Department Directors’ Association Management Responsibilities

No responses will be received or considered after that time.

OJDDA is seeking a contractor to provide association management services for OJDDA including but not limited to scheduling, organizing and logistical support for various meetings, creating and disseminating meeting agendas and minutes, logistical support and coordination of the annual training conference and Training Committee, maintenance and updated design of the OJDDA website, routine communications to include preparation of an annual report in consultation with the Treasurer and Board of Directors, attend and represent the OJDDA and participate in juvenile justice related meetings as needed by OJDDA.

The OJDDA Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, reject for good cause any and all Proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so and waive any and all informalities in the public interest.  In the award of the contract, the OJDDA will consider the element of time, will accept the response or Proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of OJDDA and will reserve the right to award the contract to the contractor whose response shall be best for the management of OJDDA.
