    JOB INTRODUCTION

    Clackamas County Juvenile Department is seeking an experienced, motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills for the position of Juvenile Department Supervisor. The Juvenile Department Supervisor will oversee and coordinate case management and probation services, as well as lead staff. This position will supervise daily work activities, provide training, coaching and feedback to assigned staff, as well as schedule, hire, train and evaluate employees. The supervisor has primary responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all components of the program to ensure optimum services provided to the youth, families and victims served by the Clackamas County Juvenile Department. Incumbent is responsible for implementing, instilling, and evaluating evidence-based practices, developing and monitoring program policies and procedures, and supervising continuous quality improvement of service delivery and coordination, and community collaborations.
